Chatham Intra

Chatham Intra is a riverside neighbourhood sandwiched between Rochester and Chatham. It is subject of an Historic England Heritage Action Zone, aiming to revitalise its stretch of High Street and river front with heritage-led development.

Ash Sakula were asked to develop and communicate a vision for the area to help steer its future direction of development. We created a suite of animated slides showing how development could take place within and alongside the existing structures which give Chatham Intra its character, leading to a revitalised neighbourhood that encourages new residents, businesses, activities and investment.
